Unsafe Advertising Leads To Unsafe Drivers
Client T was speeding about 10-20 mph over the legal limit. Defendant L denied he was in a hurry but was traveling in the opposite direction and turned left across client T’s path causing a collision. Client T was severely injured. Defendant J was a food chain that prided itself on speedy delivery. We successfully argued at trial that the speed culture of the food chain was a cause of the collision. The case settled one week into trial.
